As you continue to explore in the Earthlings game, your player’s stamina will be depleted. You may be attacked by enemies or fall into a trap. In such cases, one place to recover is the ‘City Plot’.
Inventory

In the Earthlings game, you will probably acquire various items (NFTs). Players have a limit on the number of items they can hold, but the Inventory function allows you to store items that you can’t hold.
The City Plot has this ‘inventory’ function, which is perfect for playing the game to your heart’s content.
Jump (Jump to your plots)

In the Earthlings game, you basically move around by controlling your avatar, but one of the features of the City Plot is that you can travel long distances using a method of movement called ‘jumping’.
This function is called ‘Jump’, but it would be more accurate to call it ‘Teleportation’.
This jump function allows you to move to your own plots (City Plot, Land, Town, Village, Cabin, etc.) as if you were teleporting. You could call it ‘instant teleportation’.
The field in the game covers the whole of Europe, so this method of travel is very useful.

The Custom Shop is a feature that allows you to sell your favourite NFTs in the Earthlings game. The Custom Shop is one of the features available in Paris City, and its owner can use it as they wish. The profits made from the shop are returned to the holders of Paris City NFTs as royalties.
The holders of Paris City will be given the right to purchase the custom shop by lottery.

Tech Shop

The Tech Shop is where you can buy and sell these artifacts.

In Paris City, the larger the plot size, the smaller the quantity. Plots with smaller quantities are priced higher, and as they are very popular NFTs that are frequently bought and sold soon after being listed, they sometimes rank highly in Sensent.
If you are considering purchasing a Paris City NFT on Sensient, it is a good idea to aim for one with a large plot size and a low price. Also, if you want to buy it for less than the asking price, you can make an ‘offer’ and if the seller agrees, you can buy it at a certain discount price.

Whether or not the custom shop function is available
The Paris City has various functions, but one of the rarest is the function called ‘Custom Shop’.
It is announced that this is a virtual shop where most NFTs that Earthlings allow can be sold. In addition, it is said that the exclusive patent rights are also granted to NFT holders only for this custom shop, and if you focus on purchasing and selling, you will be able to make a reasonable amount of sales (steam token profit).
It is difficult to obtain this rare opportunity, and only ‘97’ of the 1,000 custom shop items have been made. That’s one-tenth of the total!

As of 5th December 2024, there are four factors that can be inferred from the information that has been announced that cause plot prices to rise.
・The plot size is larger.
・The plot has a custom shop.
・The plot is in the Rackvale region.
・The plot is one of the few plots in the region.
Plots that match one or more of these four factors are extremely expensive.
Depending on the item, a price of over $6,000 would be considered reasonable.
As a supplementary note, there were both a white list sale and a public sale, but the sales price for both was $100 and $200 in steam tokens.
From this, you can see that this is an NFT that is highly anticipated.
There are many other unreleased elements in the Paris City block, so you need to keep an eye on price fluctuations. There is also a good chance that unexpected price increases will occur.
